Coaches, We have set the date and venue for the Bombers Elite Fall Showcase. We will conduct the tournament on November 4th and 5th in Oxford,MS. Oxford provides a couple of added benefits for the girls, the club coaches and the college coaches. For starters we will be playing on 8 turf fields and 4 dirt fields all within walking distance of each other. That keeps you close but more important keeps the college coaches all in one area. Another benefit is that we don't have to worry too much about rain keeping us from playing. If by chance it does rain we can play immediately after it passes, no delays, shortened games, or missed games. They also sell Chick Fil A from the concession stand, sweet.... We are only taking 64 teams and once we hit our number we will have to close down registration. Both our Summer and fall tournaments have filled the last 2 seasons and we are expecting to have a good turnout of quality teams again this year. You don't have to have a roster for the fall right now, if you know you will have a team go ahead and pencil in. With the new rule changes for college recruiting there are only 6 weekends that colleges can come watch you play, this IS one of the 6 weekends. The Mississippi Bombers in conjunction with the Texas Bombers will be hosting a College Exposure Tournament in Tupelo,MS May 19-21 2017. You may visit our website (link below) for additional information and colleges attending or who have visited previous events. The cost is $250 and $35 PAP. We have started a good base of colleges that will be represented and will invite many more. Fill out the application on the website below to be considered for the event. This showcase is for 14U, 16U, and 18U only and scheduled to be at our two local complexes for maximum exposure. ASA Rules will apply. The Mississippi Bombers in conjunction with the Texas Bombers will be hosting a college exposure tournament and 2 hour college coach players clinic in Tupelo,MS October 21-23 2016. You may visit our website for additional information and colleges attending, or who have expressed interest, as of July 27th. The cost is $475 per team and $35 pay at the plate ($650 total).
