  1. No. If the head coach has no problem helping an athlete from the other school, and the athlete from another school has no problem with it. As a matter of fact, I do not believe that they are even under the Dead Period rules.
  2. If a school is a TMSAA school, a student must pass to play the next year. The downfall to holding a kid back at that age is you may make them ineligible their senior year. There is an age cap in TSSAA rules as well.
  3. He is a Bill Duncan protege. He was with Duncan at GHS and Scott. Then he turned Jefferson County into a much better team. Defense is a big part of his philosophy it seems. That was lacking in the game I saw this season, but that is something he will fix and then they will be very tough.
  4. I have seen them once. They are halfway to their win total from last year already. Honestly though, it is too early to say anything one way or the other. These are a lot of the same players from last year, so it will be a lot about getting them to buy into the new system and player development.
