Columbia pounds Law Co. Tullahoma Rolls on a very weak Linc Co. Maybe Tullahoma will use their very efficient hurry up offense we have heard about. Or was it efficient because they got short porches from Rockvale and Turnovers. They had plenty of time to score and beat FC and got one deep ball to mid-field nothing else. Bad D on FC that late in the game. Should have kept everything in front of them and tackle but It should work well vs. a weaker team.

Lincoln and Law are not that bad compared to other bad teams or mediocre teams? If they can't beat Tullahoma they are really bad. This region is bad. No wins in the playoffs. Maybe the number 1 team only. Shelbyville has some good wins but has the potential to flop if you have seen them paly. They are a little unorganized at times. Law Co has been running the wing T for 30 years and it is not a good wing T. I doubt they have an above 500 record over the past 30 years of running the Wing T. If Linc pulls off the win this week Tullahoma is Done! The Crack will give way to the Dam caving in!

Linc County is terrible. Surly Tullahoma can pull that one off? They should light it up and look like super stars! It is sad how weak of a region they are in.

Maybe you are right but Tullahoma had 72 yards of Offense and 2 First downs and won 16-0. Doesn't really add up. The DC @ CC has done a great job the first two games.

I don't think anything happens until 4 years. Not much coming up from middle school either. If you are winning you get transfers. Years ago they got students because it was a better school system but not anymore. It has fallen off over the years.

I think they have to be one of the 4. Maybe tope 2. It can still be said it is a weak region. I think you have said the same? I do believe an 8-2 season in this region is not very good. Shelbyville may be the top of the region in the end but they have lots to clean up. Moving the ball and playing D when needed. Shelbyville might be the one team that can beat a 4 seed from another region.

I am stating Facts! Not Complaining. I am not in the fan base of Tullahoma. Tullahoma is not a football prowess, They had a 3 year stretch better than any in their history. Lots of dudes that were smart and somewhat athletic. More times than not they are a little above average. They compete hard and win a big game occasionally when they shouldn't. But most the times they beat the ones they should beat and lose the others. Same way forever. Maybe 4 undefeated seasons ever? Very few 9-1 marks. All facts here. I like to see area teams do well but don't blow smoke up our tails with words like "dominate" when you are playing in the weakest region in the state! To have people come on here and say a "dominate defense" is wrong! 100% CC is awful. Several 1A schools can stop that offense. They played a solid game against a very low caliber team. Lets not make it out to be more than it is at the moment. They are one injury away from not winning another game. Just hope the kicker doesn't slip and fall trying a free kick later on and hurt something. I would keep him in bubble wrap and try not to let him count how many field goals he has on the sidelines for a video. That could be a little hype video for an opposing team. Kickers are in a very vulnerable position a lot of the time.

100% Correct. These guys asked to get back together for years if class size allowed it. Now they have it and it may be a disadvantage. Good teams feed off good teams and get better. Bad teams stay bad playing weaker opponents to have a winning record. Vicious Cycle. When people say Dominate Defense Just because you shut out Coffee County it is not saying much! That is like saying Vanderbilt shut out Sewanee. Bad on Bad but someone had to win. But Lawrence County is in the Region at 1-1 with a big win over Summertown 14-7 and a loss to the always dominate FB program of Loretto. 20-24 I do keep saying W--K. I did see South Pitt play Friday and they are STRONG!

Maybe they will Try the Free Kick again this year like two years ago to pad stats. Class Move when they were up by 20+ (I believe at Lawrence County) Shouldn't have to pad kicker stats this year. He will get all the 40 yarders he wants with that out put on offense.

The defense dominated a Team that has only scored 10 points. and put up less than 100 yds of offense in 2 games? The team they played was Terrible. Tullahoma's offense is atrocious against very poor teams. 72 yards of offense. and 2 First downs. If a high school has to rely on 40 yard field goals they have no offense. When your best player is your kicker it is a sad day in Tullahoma FB. What is really funny is that coaching can't take credit for the Kicker. The Kickers are like golfers. They have their own coach to listen to and kick with. But the coaching can take credit for 72 yards of Offense and 2 first downs. They can also say how good they are on defense against poor teams. Once again Tullahoma will finish 1 or 2 in the region. Not because they are a good team or coached well. They are in a poor region and play very poor opponents. They can win a lot of games with 72 yards of Offense and 2 first downs in this weak region and then one and done in the playoffs.

Not much chatter here! I guess with 2 very mediocre teams playing it is hard to speak up and crow. It has only been "one game" for Tullahoma but if for some reason if they lose tonight it could be a long year. I do think Tullahoma will win more then they lose but only because they are in a weak region! Has nothing to do with coaching! Very weak region. Coffee has a chance to be 2-0 before heading into the gauntlet.

Has Tullahoma gotten worse as the year has gone on? Can't line up, flag after flag and Zero offense unless u are playing really bad teams. The game this week was awful! When teams do not improve as the year goes its coaching or the players have quit (which is coaching). I am sure next week vs. Glencliff Tullahoma will look like world beaters and everyone will say this is a great start to next year! The weak region next year will be like playing Hillsboro, Glencliff and Montgomery Central every week.

Tullahoma has played two very weak teams the week before. They Change QBs against weak teams to make a kid look good. They needed a running QB last night to beat LC. Coaching is all over the place. QBs need help. Very poorly coached team. you can Blame it on being young or whatever but that is a cop out. 6weeks in and no improvement but beating up on winless teams. They had lots of time to play last year between Friday nights and Mondays. They are just not coached very well. No Leadership and No respect from players. LC was pretty weak and the QB for tullahoma struggled. Several drops but several times overthrowing a receiver and never running the football. If u don't have a drop back offense you need a running QB. But If you just use ur running game u could have slowed the game down and won this game easily. You have all week to prepare for a weak opponent and that is what you produce. Hard to believe you can be that poor after 4 really successful seasons. Good thing is u can make the season look respectful with a 4-6 record beating a horrible Glencliff team. I guess the teams u end up beating will have 1-2 wins on the year total.

Short stay, changing the brand and not watching the locker room letting the kids run the show. If they try to get the locker room back now and start cracking down after running a loose ship that will create even more issues. When you start losing kids start packing it in early. It is funny how they are taking up Cell Phones now. I do not believe they were supposed to be out in class anyway. Experience as a head coach means a lot!

Another win for Coffee County! DC stepping right in making it happen! In HS FB losses normally, do not get you fired it is putting hands on kids, not watching the locker room (Like Tullahoma) or not watching classes (letting students have cell phones out taking pics and videos of each other) that will get you in trouble. The head coach has done a good job turning the program in the right direction. Lots of winning over the past few years in the lower grades. Good things on the way for CC FB.

only one win with all those players. and that win was a Fluke! Watching last night was terrible. Those kids got a lot of playing time last year. JV games and half of a Friday night game. They haven't been Coached up! Bottomline! Last night u run the ball as much as possible and try to throw short passes to keep clock running. Make is as short of a game as possible. They come out throwing and stopping the clock on every series which gives PC a chance to be up 28-0 at end of the first Q. Regardless a loss is a loss. Losses will not get you fired in HS Football but not having control of the locker room and people not showing up to the games will get u fired. That was the poorest crowd I have seen on the road for Tullahoma last night. The band was even smart enough to not show up. We had more cheerleaders than people at the game. Good thing we changed the school colors to BLACK this year and brought in a "NEW BRAND" how is that working out! At least the old brand and old colors were a winning brand! We look like Jerry Glanville in all black with the Atlanta Falcons years ago. That is a storied franchise in black! The main school color is cardinal! Maybe we should spend time coaching and not worrying about a new brand! Neither is working out for the best right now. Thanks for not putting triple digits on Wildcats. BTW is it true that the Super and HS Principal are not returning?

Most of these kids played at least a full Q or a half every game last year. They probably have more game time experience then most teams in the state. They were tested all year in practice by the best team in the state on the Scout team side. They should be better. When you have guys suspended for Locker room play that goes back to Who is watching the locker room the players or coaches? You don't fire John Olive for having rough years because he had been there for a long time and successful but..... I do not really see Tullahoma being that competitive again for a long time. They have always ran in cycles but this is bad. The Creekwood game looked like a middle school game. Very hard to watch! This type of effort leads to kids quitting, going to baseball or basketball. Fans not showing up to games and a program dropping off and tough to dig yourself out of it.. Similar to the way Tennessee has had to find their way back after a lot of poor years.

If Tullahoma gets beat tonight they will miss the playoffs. 4-6 or 3-7 for sure.

I am pretty sure CW was really young last years as the same with the whole Region but Tullahoma.

A little more to it then that. The principal from another school called Tullahoma because the coach was trash talking one of his student/athletes during the game. I am sure every school has parents complain but in this case it was not a parent getting him fired. His record over the past few years would save him from that.

Hopefully the Admin will let him bring in some new assistants!

Is the transfer from Riverdale getting more playing time? I know he didn't play a lot the first time PC and Tullahoma met. Is he still committed to MTSU?
