Crusaders

Currently playing 12U (must have been 12 on April 30th). Will be moving up in Fall to play 13U on bigger fields, -3 bats, and bigger fields to prepare for Middle School season. Team consists of middle school players currently. Very solid roster having solid success this summer with multiple runner up finishes in big tournaments. Our need is for a catcher that is a backstop and can shut runners down on the bases. We have exceptional pitching with advanced off speed stuff so we must have a catcher who can block, slide, and make throws. We will play league ball during Fall in Murfreesboro and 1-2 tournaments per month through October. Spring is Open and we work around Middle School schedules. Tough weekend as we lost 2 pitchers to injury that ended their summers. This is a very competitive team that despite the injuries went to Championship game Sunday and lost 5-1. We have lots of depth pitching so we are really looking for that Sunday pitcher that can throw gas and shut it down for a game on Sunday. We have 7 tournaments scheduled the remainder of the summer season and will play this fall as well. 9 of our 13 kids played middle school ball, not just on the team, the other 4 are solid 11 year olds (2 are pitchers) that didnt play because they were in 5th grade. If you want a team that is going to compete for hardware, has tremendous family atmosphere, and will take home some hardware this summer. We have 2 openings remaining for our 11U team for the summer tournament season and possibly Fall if interested. Our 12U's are full, sorry. Must be 11 as of 4/30/18. We will be playing 3 tournaments between now and the end of June, World Series the weekend of July 11th and one final major tournament the end of July. Would help if they can pitch, but not necessary. Positions are flexible, but have 3B, 1 OF, and C available. Our final workout will be this Wednesday, possibly Friday weather permitting. Due to growth, we have split our 11/12 team into true 11U and 12U teams. 12U is predominantly middle school players who just ended the season and are staying active through summer tournament schedule. 11U are solid kids who have tournament experience at 12U dating back to last summer, finally get their chance to play 11U. Very diverse squads with pitching depth (we can always add more) but flexibility on positions. Only potential out of State would be the Smokey Mountain Nationals. We are looking for a lockdown, backstop catcher with an arm. We have 2 now, would love to be able to move them around and keep legs fresh. 1B/3B- Have solid options, they also pitch Sundays so we need a full time position player to rest them. OF, biggest need. We have 2 solid starters but the 3rd position is wide open. Our team is extremely family oriented, very close parents who spend a lot of time together off the field. Kids are provided free 1on1 lessons and position practices on top of the team practices. Most of our team plays middle school ball and comes back together after their season ends. Fees are the lowest you will find. We dont make our program about money, we ask that parents volunteer and participate in sponsor events only. First tournament is the last week of this month. This is our reserve squad of 10 and 11 year olds that just aren't getting any playing time. I assure you they aren't ringers, comparable to a decent rec team, but good competition for a team. I'm not looking for a team to embarrass them, but hopefully somebody that needs to get some work in as well, maybe get some different position experience and pitching in for those who need it. I have all costs covered, so it will be completely free, I just need the opponent. We are going to play at 3pm and 4:45.

My 10/11U team is looking for a team to play a doubleheader this Saturday in Murfreesboro. We are going to play at 3pm and 4:45. These 2 games are for our reserves who aren't getting playing time, and I assure you they are not ringers. I'd love a team in a similar situation who just wants to get some kids game experience, maybe pitch and play positions for their kids to get the experience. We are a 9/10 league and tournament team looking to replace some roster spots. Primarily seeking 2 pitchers and a catcher to solidify the team. Unlike other Premier teams we have no contracts and you don't need thousands just to get on the team. We just placed 2nd in our last tournament and have solid, experienced coaches that teach fundamentals, positive reinforcement and effort.
