I think the East TN private school player, Shaji Jackson played very well last pm against the public school players. The Knoxville team had multiple players from private schools. Hats off to Packer for his commitment to the HS game. To make his product better he needs to switch Cain/Price roles. Eric very knowledgeable about game. You can’t say that about Price or Packer.

Did the GP RB really quit during the 3rd qtr and take his uniform off?

Hard for me to believe that’s true about practice. Maybe practice 3 times during the bye week. What’s missing are the Foreman,Swafford, Sensabaugh Barger level athletes.

He took one 95 before half that broke open that game.

I’m just glad they aren’t playing next to the chocolate factory. I do remember JC and Cleveland scrimmaging 2 yrs in a row with the good QB from Cleveland . I think he played at Pitt.

I can assure you they don’t have anybody close to as good as any of the Collins boys.

RB’s at JC is a 4 headed monster. Each brings totally different style. I think # 3 may be the best one. Deepest group they have ever had.

Have been reading about speed on these DB posts. I do remember the SEC on display at a past DB/Bearden game with Devrin Young, Swafford, and Foreman. Now that was speed.

Don’t see any drop off with #23 or #7 running ball for Pats. Big HC win for Jeff Co. Sp teams led to 2 direct MW points.

Morristown West

The talent pool dried up for about 10 yrs and Lamar saw it coming. From what I’ve been told last couple yrs MS ball has improved so sending up better players. Coach Sanders good coach and good guy. Always great to beat MW at anything if you’re a Patriot.

I would expect relatively low scoring game. MW usually has good D against the run. Not sure they have enough offensive juice against JC’s D. Expect Pats run win streak to 3.

I’m not 100% sure but heard they petitioned TSSAA and were granted the move.

Skill level wise probably the worst I’ve ever seen DB. They always have a difference maker on the offense. On the other hand this may be best RB rooms the Patriots have had and one of the top D’s in a long time. Just a perfect storm with the 2 “Top Dogs” being down. Patriots capable of winning Region game but some of the intangibles have to be fixed.

I was going to send message to WaCo earlier in week that DB secondary shouldn’t factor into this game all Jeff could do is run it. Big passes made a difference in game. JC WR is a really good HS receiver that continues to make plays.

I’m not privy to player status but I’d say injury he’s good kid so probably not discipline issue.
