NS couldn't move the ball on SS. The reason the score was the way it was, SS turned the ball over 3 times back to back and gave NS great field position. I saw the tape.
Yes he did, and was doubled and triple teamed all night. How about you google him(Dayron Johnson). You all have a talented team, but you dont have one player that can cover him if hes healthy. By the way he's my step son, and I WILL BE IN JACKSON FRIDAY. So, stop by since y'all dont have anything to do. Lol.
Yes we were at the game. He said it was 15 accepted penalties. Hes right the defense saved our season. They played lights out to my surprise. Defense is something I think alot of us was worried about. They more than proved themselves. I'm especially proud of a couple of guys. 45, 88, 6, and 5 . Guys grew up and showed up in this game. Hats off to you guys.
So you was just throwing some random number of penalties, and thought we was going to bite. You start a whole thread about it, and dont have correct info. Southside had some key penalties that were drive killers. See, I was at last years game. I bet the DLine jumped offsides everytime we went on 2. That's called undisciplined football.
Honestly I dont think that many penalties were called. It may have been lopsided, but not 25 penalties. Honestly i think our D Line kicked the O lines tail all night. By the way ain't no way yall got all that speed on the field, and yall cant score. Not just in our game. I mean y'all score 28 on 2A teams. The OC might need to be fired.
I was there. Holding, offsides on defense. Honestly Springfield was off tonight. If SouthSide would have played disciplined football yall probably would have won by 2 scores. Remember we had a big gain called back too.
I saw the game. Neither one of the teams could stop each other. Both teams do what they do well. If that's what you call good defense you dont know football. Facts
Good work @Devilsx4. They're all pretty similar. They still have to play, but it kind of lets you know who's played the better competition, and their quality wins.
As a coach I wouldn't let my team play in a play off game if we haven't won a game all year. What message does that send the kids? If we didn't earn it we don't play. Bottom Line. TSSAA is more worried about $$$$ than the quality of games played in the play offs.
Greeneville is a machine, but I believe they have the toughest road to State. Anderson County, Elizabethton, and Maplewood will be 2nd, 3rd, and 4th round games. Greeneville has to keep winning if Ballard is going to repeat as Mr. Football.
Looks like a 2 man race as far as yall are concerned. I know yall are biased to East TN. Neither one of them win! Booboo Hodges and Dayron Johnson will have something to say about it before its over.
