Seems silly that they don’t play. I would think it would be competitive and both programs would benefit from the gate/concessions.

Why do these two not play each other in any sport? They are located 8 miles apart. The football gate would be huge. Give me the history.

If the standard for Oneida is an early exit from the playoffs, then let it be. Terrible loses this year to York, Harriman, and South Greene. I’ve always thought of Oneida as a program that should be competing for state championships.

Like I said earlier in the year (Oneida vs Rockwood), Oneida plays a soft regular season schedule and it bites them in the tail come playoff time.

i agree. I think Lambert does a great job preparing his team for who they are playing. My concern is that they play a soft schedule that hurts them when they play good teams.

I feel that Oneida plays a weak schedule to pad the win column. A reason they rarely make it past the 2nd round of the playoffs.

No attack. Just an observation over the past few years. I'm a long time lurker on the forum and decided to start posting.

Wins over Claiborne, Cumberland Gap, and Wartburg don't impress me.

Greenback will win big.

Rockwood will win. Oneida is a perennial underachiever.
