I wasnt at the scrimmage but I did hear Christian Brothers scored 8 times and we scored 6. I dont know much details about it but I do believe Christian Brothers is a very very good football team.

Yeah the day i had posted that, they had done a lot of gravel work. From everyone I been talking to, everybody is worried if it will be ready to go or not by Week 1. We have the jamboree August 13th supposed to be at Patriot Stadium. That looks seriously doubtful to me. Idk it's been one heck of a long process.

Henry County scrimmages Christian Brothers in Memphis this Friday. I believe Henry County scrimmages MBA the following Friday.

YES!!! This is a great idea!! Any game would be great for them to do this but either the Summit game or the first playoff game would be absolutely amazing! Talk about getting the crowd fired up!!!

Man!!! Just hearing those names again will give any Henry County fan goosebumps!! That really may have been the best team EVER at HC! 2013 was an awesome and resilient team but 2011 was really a team full of dogs that would not be denied!

Nobody upset here just stating facts there big guy. Mt Juliet and some other teams have potential to win the gold ball as well. Powell hasn't proved anything the last several years, even a couple years ago when they was like 12-0 but got bounced in the 3rd round. They have more talent than they ever had but im not sold that they can prove it.

Yeah Powell was loaded without the new kid. They definitely have to start proving it on the field because I for one didn't expect them to lose 3 out of their last 4 games last year with a first round exit....

There is other teams in the state that may have something to say about that...
