It was pretty bad. Definitely not the worst I’ve seen this year, but also far from being the best either.

Lady cavs fan I said I heard they have talent. I never said they didn’t. But what I can’t understand is If they have all that talent then why in the world have they not made it to the region since those girls have been there? This doesn’t make any sense. They have 4 girls going to play college ball and can’t do any better than that in high school? That’s absolutely crazy.

I’ve heard through the last few years people talk about the talent that Cannon has had but they haven’t even made it out of the district and not even had winning seasons. Where’s the tons of talent at 6aaabasketball?

York looked pretty good against Watertown. Cannon can’t seem to get anything going with Dekalb defense. It’s a very low scoring and boring game.

I can agree with that statement. I do think that’s the problem there. You got to love this time of year.

I agree a lot of strange games going on as of early on in the district. Looking back over last several years CC really hasn’t done much then either. I agree something must be too. Tonight’s predictions Macon beats Smith by 30 plus. Upperman beats Livingston by 15-20 Cannon should beat Watertown by 15-20 York beats Dekalb by 5-10 Good Luck to all.

I think this years Macon’s to lose. That team is on a mission since the disappointment last year at the glass house. Last night turned out a little worse than I thought it would have. With Smith taking Dekalb into overtime was a sure shock to a lot of us i’m sure. It just goes to show you anything can happen in this district. CavFan I’m wondering what’s going on there too in CC anyone have any inside? Didn’t see last night going that way at all. Then the York game was about as expected York is starting to get things going and starting to gel at the right time. Gonna be an interesting finish. Good Luck to all!

I’m not sure Dekalb has a player. I think it’s more of a coach! He has had teams in softball and basketball at the state tournaments.

I seen where Upperman (McClellan) and Cannon (Meeks) have already committed to the same college (Bryan). There’s probably more girls from those two schools and a few more from a couple more teams in the district that will be. I’m looking forward to seeing some good basketball from this district this year. It can’t get here soon enough.
