I don't know anything about OR or any of the coaches, but there are several schools that have a strength coach who teaches weights to every athlete in the school. Certified strength coaches are hard to find. The old school way of just having a football coach do it. We at Mount Juliet have one of the best in the business! Liberty Creek new school in sumner co also has a coach who works with the athletes daily. Along with almost all competitive privates. From my talks with admin members it's possible for every school. The administration just has to be on board!

Great high school football game! Turning point in the game was the dropped punt on special teams and blown coverage by Springfield D. I was standing in that endzone. A little high but definitely still a routine punt. Refs did not do Springfield any favors saying it wasn't a safety. I guess forward progress gave Henry County a break. Kuddos to 0 playing on a busted wheel. Tough kid. Talked to multiple Henry County and Springfield fans. Passionate about their football! I tried to get a photo with the star OC, but we are gonna meet up at the iso cafe for the Tennessee game. Trolingers BBQ was delicious. Thanks for the recommendation!
