well yea maybe the PG off the bench does better but they starter is a senior and he has more experience so he is good when it is crunch time as for the sub he is really good but he needs more experince before he gets the start

What else did they lose besides points. I'm sticking with #2.

I would have to go with this: 1. Unicoi - undefeated in conference last year and returning 4 starters. had the best JV team in conference last year too. 2. Elizabethton - losing Nave but will have at least 3 starters back and some size from the JV team. 3. West Greene - lost one player and have a good coach. big surprise last year. 4. Johnson County - good young group of talent and a decent big man. 5. South Greene - return 2 starters. 6. Sullivan North - return 2 or 3 starters (i think) and have some good players from last years JV team. 7. Chuckey Doak - return 1 starter (i think), and JV and freshmen were ok. 8. Happy Valley - return 3 players from there entire varsity team from last year. will have a rough year. could be totally wrong but i have tried.

Wondering how Chuckey Doaks girls have done this year. Unicoi's girls are still undefeated and only have Chuckey Doak left to play in conference matches. Hopefully Unicoi can get the win and be district champions and represent district 1 in the regional team tournament. Good Luck and Go Unicoi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unicoi County's girls team is still undefeated in district 1 A-AA (6-0) overall (8-0). They have one district match left with Chuckey Doak. Supposed to play today. Go Unicoi!!!!!!!!

The lady blue devils are (3 - 0) on the year. they have beat johnson county(7-2), west greene(9-0) and south greene(6-3) so far. they look to be the best girls team in the conference but, still have some big matches with chuckey doak, sullivan north, north greene and elizabethton left to play. we will see how those come out before saying to much. the boys team is not doing so well. they are (1 - 2) with the only win coming against west greene(5-4) and losing to johnson county (3-6) and south greene (2-7). GO DEVILS!!!!

UNICOI WON THE LAST TIME BY ABOUT 10 WHEN COLTON WHITE GOT THE VALLEY SPIRIT DOWN WITH 2 AWESOME DUNKS. WHAT WILL HAPPEN THIS TIME? CAN ANYONE STOP THE DEVILS? ESCPECIALLY AT HOME!! UNICOI HAS ONE OF THE BEST STUDENT SECTIONS IN UPPER EAST TN. AND I KNOW THAT THEY ARE GOING TO BE ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THEIR MINDS FRIDAY NIGHT! ALSO REMEMBER THAT THE BLUE DEVILS ARE NOT ONLY UNDEAFEATED IN CONFERENCE PLAY, BUT THEY ARE UNDEAFEATED IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE!! I JUST DONT THINK THAT THE VALLEY TEAM CAN STOP THE WAY THAT THE DEVILS PLAY AS A TEAM.

are you sure that u are talking about Unicoi County? we have not even played warren county. sorry wrong team.

No one has said anything about overlooking South Greene. they are a good team, but i just dont think that they have the ability to overcome the way that the Devils play as a team. they are great at doing this. if one guy is having an off night, the team turns it up a notch. they really play as a team and that is a hard thing to defend. i think that it will be a great game. and o yea when u are 18-2 you are allowed to be just a little cocky. go blue go

They are doing great. they have great support and John English is one of the best things that's happened to UC bball. he is a great coach. he coaches hard and to win and doesnt expect less and neither does the team they have the determination to win ever game. no matter if they're up by 20 late in the 4th or down by 20 in the 4th they play on all cylinders and expect to win and that is what it takes to win championships. keep goin boys

Unicoi County is doing great right now. they put on a great performance late in the win against Unaka tonight. they really pick it up when they need to and they are almost unbeatable at home with the BLUE NATION behind them. i think that they are gettin ready to turn it up one more notch when Happy Valley comes to the DEVIL'S DEN on Feb. 3. keep it up guys.
