Surely you meant turf field. As I recall the last “turd” field I saw in the district was residing on Patriot Drive, of course this was before they “turfed” it.

I am hearing that Smyrna’s turf will be paid in full before it is put down. I think Blackman’s and Oakland’s turf was financed.

The TSSAA seems to turn a blind eye to what the privates do.

It was a scrimmage. I have seen some of Riverdale’s best teams, the 94 team lose scrimmages on their way to an undefeated season. Scrimmages are not games, but experiments, fine tuning…etc.
