Yes a greenback parent

If the refs and A.D Would of done there job none of this would've happened. It would of been prevented in the 3rd period. But after a parent harrasing a kid on the court, a father had enuff. While the police officer and everybody in the gym seen a oakdale parent walk around the gym into the stands. Which should of been prevented, moments later the fight took place. Too many idiots in one gym

Lol,I have never made fun of another team, maybe other Alcoa posters have I haven't. And the terrible ref calls is something u come custom to when u play Maryville. Now like I said I give all props to Maryville. They won the game. But we beat our selfs it wasn't cause Maryville is a big ole power house!!!!

Listen, I give all praises to Maryville!!! They did what Maryville has done for years!!!! Limit self inflicted wounds, play sound fundamental, disapline football. I m not even mad that Maryville Won. It was a great game. And in high school that's all u can ask for, especially a Maryville vs Alcoa game!!!! But some of the penalties was petty by the refs in the miraculous moment the rebels needed it. I m tore up over our offense, I said it all year, especially after the Greenville game. We have to use our ATHLETES ALL of them. Not just the ones with stars, it doesn't take a genius to figure out what to stop , to shut us down or to force turnovers.

Holding penalties was a issue obviously!!! 5 turnovers was a huge issue obviously!!! Some VERY questionable bad calls by the refs in huge moments needed by maryville didn't help at all. Offensive play calling was horrible. But regardless I agree in a game as such, discipline is HUGE to win a game!!!!! But penalties for jawing back in forth I mean come on. It's football u have to play with a certain type of intensity. That was just a excuse so the refs could pull maryville out it. Officiating is terrible every year during Alcoa and maryville game and always has been

Everybody has there own opinion so here is MINE. It makes it hard to win a game with 5 turnovers. But that being said when ur trying to force the ball to ur so called play makers just because they have stars or offers that's when turnovers happen. Any coach with common sense that watches film knows all u got to to is double team Winton over the top and key in on Owen's across the middle u take away our offense. WHY don't we utilize Cannon who was a big part of the state game last year. Not the running back but the receiver. Or Duggan who has made the big plays when we got to have them and catches anything in his wheel house. Or number 11 who has proven that he can contribute also. Utilize ur athletes not just the ones that has stars. And y didn't we run scales the fastest guy in Blount County tonight. Just my opinion but yes offense play calling is horrible

Trust Alcoa fans and players see the O.C. issues. He makes Alcoa predictable and one dimensional. It will come back to bite if something don't change. There is athletes all around . U gotta use everybody and not just the ones with stars!!!!!!

He told them they looked like a girls soccer team, and that they sucked and would never win a game. And that if he knew greenback was gonna be this bad he would've never came back. He is a pos, that likes to yell and scream at them when they are hurt. Had a kid get knocked out cold last night and he yells at him to get up and get back in the game.

This is all aftermath of the good ole boy system hiring a P.O.S that calls himself a coach, and if anybody expected anything but a failing season with him at the helm obviously knows nothing about football. Any chances that greenback might of had for a somewhat season was lost last night when he publicly ran his mouth about his team to a reporter!!!!!!!!

I will have to admit I did not expect the game to be that close last night. I give it to Bearden their running backs was running hard. The referring last night and Ravenwood was horrendous! Now the two turnovers and several dropped key passes on certain drives killed Us. Alcoa was not on the top of their game, granted it was very hot, and I seen the turf was 132 degrees. Offense play calling has got to be better. Utilize ALL of the ATHLETES we have and not just the 3 stars and 4 star players.!!!! Be balanced not predictable.

Can Greenback get something going this week?????

Regardless its the kids that pay for thr good oleboy system. Its the kids that has been screwed over not once but twice now because of certain staff and school board personal. For kids that had such a promising high schoo career has been let down by a corrupt system.

If what i m hearing is true. It went from bad to awful. Why this one could even be considered is beyond me. What a real great person to be leading our young men. What a embarassment.

I m just curious of y everybody thinks the coach that left them high and dry for something better should be allowed to come back. The now rising seniors is the ones he waked out on. Just my 2 cents.
