  1. Southwind's QB will be too much for Henry County defense. He's one of the best QB's in the state and i believe he is only a Sophmore. I believe SW defense will shut down HC offense this will be HC biggest test up front they have seen all year. This game will be close early, but has the potential to get ugly by the end of it. SW gets the big win over HC.
  2. My prediction turned out to be true. Congrats to Millington on the big win
  3. My prediction was right... SW with the huge win!
  4. CC was up 14-0 end of the first quarter, and i'm assuming Haywood held Crockett to 3 FG for the rest of the game for a 28-23 Haywood win. Sounds more like Haywood came out flat and let Crockett get up early before their defense woke up and did not let Crockett in the end zone the rest of the night. No matter who wins this game, all roads leads to Brownsville.
  5. This game could go either way. Neither team has really beaten a quality opponent. I'll take the home team, Millington in a nail biter.
  6. Springfield has zero wins against teams with a winning record according to unapproved website. Southwind only has 2 wins against teams with an above .500 record (Munford & Melrose) both are solid teams. Southwind's Dline could arguably be one of the best in the state, with 1 of them being a Memphis commit. Southwind's QB plays well above his age, if SW defense shows up like they have all year I believe Southwind has the potential to win convincingly. Not counting out Springfield by any means, but In my opinion Southwind is the much better team in this matchup.
  7. Obion keeps it close, but milan pulls away in the second half.
  8. The WOOD keep rolling. Tomcats might try to blow the lights off the home side score board from running the score up if possible. .
  9. That was not a shot at Springfields team lol. I said i didnt know much about Springfield other than what i read in the paper and what i saw when looking at their roster. They are small for a 5A school, but i never said they didn't have playmakers, they obviously do. I just wanted to know how is a undersized 5A school always so successful. Seems like many of the posters in this group have never seen Munford on the field and are quick to put labels on them because of the district they are placed in.
  10. I believe Central's QB is the head coach's son, so maybe he was pandering to the other coaches to get his son player of the year. I saw in the paper where centrals QB threw 4 interception and possibly a couple of those were in the end zone if i'm not mistaken. If Central's QB doesn't throw 4 interceptions this game might've turned out differently?
  11. Don't know much about Springfield, but i saw their roster and they seem to be very undersize for a 5A team. What makes Springfields defense so good? Springfield fans think this will be a game? Thinking about making the trip to see this matchup
  12. This could be a very appealing job, but JMCSS does not support athletics and the coaches enough for anyone worth noting to take this job. Football in Madison county is horrible.
  13. New to the "T", but I have been somewhat following Munford this season. I'm wondering what Springfield fans see in the cougars that makes you think this game will be one sided favoring Springfield?
