  1. Cleveland is able to pay him double and then some with the incentives he can earn! Wish they woulda paid me that but either way, Cleveland has the funds and as long as he wins they will continue to show him the money!
  2. Yeah they did that for the Public to see him in person, he met with the TD club and some of the staff earlier this past week
  3. Whatever happens I am just hoping this will lead to success to the program! I know a lot of hard work has gone into this whole thing and I just hope Admin is correct on the front that this is the correct hire... but again only time will tell, and just like I have before ill stand here ready to lift it back up again like I have for majority of my adult life.
  4. I've been around a bunch of places lol and heard that before, but I guess time will tell won't it!
  5. I agree with the get right or get left philosophy! But I just know my nephew keeps hearing all his coaches are gone and I mean some of them are great young coaches(I can think of 2-3 off the top of my head) but I just hope he doesn't kick everyone off the boat cause there are a few that will do whatever it takes to win for Cleveland and support a new coach!
  6. just don't see the point as to getting rid of every single coach. I believe there are a few that should go but if you know Cleveland the reason they keep losing kids is cuz the coaches they know and the ones the parents trust keep leaving so they take their kids down the road to Bradley, and hate to say it you can't win games without athletes. So at some point you have to realize that kids care who's around.
  7. Well check the receipts he only moves on for a better job. And there will be no better job. Cleveland beat Maryville last year ppl act like that team is an NFL Caliber team but they aint they are always beatable, Secondly if someone came to you and said he is a step up the career ladder and double the pay, you think they should turn that down cuz"They aint been here long enough?" Stop making it seem like people are less than for doing something that any intelligent adult would do. And lastly in regards to @fooseball95 I agree, he is a great defensive coach but by not keeping him as a DC all in all says he will be gone. he's to respected and connected to drop down to a positions coach after being such a successful DC
  8. I just have heard and read some things that are concerning but I mean if he's a good coach that's all I care about.
  9. Well losing Barger is a big loss, that defense has been amazing!
  10. Say's who? Riggs would have to pass a background check and Manes(Tynner DC) has said that he is not sure on wether or not he will be leaving(My buddy works at Tyner and has asked him several times) Why would he bring in a fully new staff when there are a ton of coaches who are already there and committed to the school.
  11. Their defense has been very good. Just 0 consistent offense! But who knows. I’m just waiting for the news to drop. Word on the street is, neither the principal or the AD has said anything to those existing coaches just about to leave them high and dry. Looks like a very terrible move on their especially when the current staff has done ALOT.
  12. Dang! I just don’t want him to come kick out all the current coaches just to leave in 2 years. I here he can’t sit himself still for longer than that!
  13. I don’t think many considering all of them teach, therefore they’d have to make more teaching jobs and I don’t see that happening. But idk I just hope that some of the current defensive staff will get to stay. They were great guys. Young and excited only going to grow and the kids respected them!
