  1. I know Josh Wolfe interviewed for Mckenzie … and ive heard his name pop up for Dresden as well . He would be an outstanding hire for Dresden .
  2. Seems like he’s going to Mckenzie, but in what role I do not know . If Cantrell is staying at Mckenzie as the DC would he want to sit behind someone a few years ? He’s already proven himself a quality coordinator and coach . Ben’s wife works at Bruceton, I wonder if he’d consider that DC job ? HRB has potential to make some noise the next 2 or 3 years.
  3. Will be interesting to see how Coach Hodge sets up his coaching staff for Mckenzie. Initially reports were saying all the current staff at Mckenzie was going with comer to milan , however i’m hearing now that’s not the case … Cantrell is staying .
  4. I don’t think Ben Carter as a potential candidate is being taken seriously from either side from what i’m hearing..though he deserves an opportunity. A lot of people don’t know this but he was deemed the successor of Swenson at Huntingdon before he got wrongfully cooed in middle school for Daddy Eubanks
  5. they scrimmage hollow rock bruceton May 16th
  6. Fantastic hire by Mckenzie , it makes me sick thinking about it lol …. should be the Ben Carter show in Dresden now
  7. I mean… no it doesn’t . . Everyone whispers shhhh.
  8. you must not know how tssaa operates lol
  9. Mckenzie won’t be moving up anyway … there’s a better chance of Huntingdon or Peabody moving down and Union City moving up . The numbers game has always been a scam .
  10. Yea I guess it’s somewhat debatable whether it’s a better job than Dresden.. perhaps the new facilities and pay raise could convince him but I don’t know.. I guarantee you he’s on their short list though. I saw Jaquan play in the 8th grade when they scrimmaged Bruceton and knew he was going to be a game breaker . Honestly I think he’s better than Shivers, he’s certainly more technical and polished and quicker than him .
  11. He’s got a decent class of 2026 and a stud player class of 2027 in a kid named Byington .. most coaches wouldn’t hesitate if asked to coach a program like Mckenzie… but he would be the one . He’s just content being at his alma mater.
  12. I don’t know why , but I feel like it’s going to be Hodge.. I assume he would be first on the list if not Carr or Frost .. completely speculative though .. maybe they surprise us all . Would love to see what Lampkins could do at Mckenzie but he seems content at Gleason and not sure that would be a popular hire amongst the Rebel faithful.
