Why did boskins leave Tri-Cities

I would like to know your definition of over performing 🤔 you guys got blown out by Science Hill,Greeneville and Anderson County and should have probably lost to a little above average Fulton team. You guys got wins against mediocre opponents for the exception of Cherokee.

I do agree talent does run in cycles . These other schools just have better talent than Elizabethton right now . I mean their program is good enough to beat the volunteers and Grainger's but no where near the Greeneville,Alcoa's or Anderson County

Greeneville just seems to produce a lot better athletes across the board than Elizabethton does these day. And as long as Alcoa is in 4A they produce and draw the best athletes in the whole city of Knoxville. It don't take a rocket scientist to see where I'm going with this. But you throw Anderson county and Alcoa both in that mix you can bet the farm no pun intended 😉 that their days of another gold ball is over for a while.

This might be the worst defensive performance for any Elizabethton team I have ever seen in the playoffs.

Elizabethton's secondary has killed them all year against good opponents that could throw the ball.

Elizabethton hasn't beat a good team yet. Played Science Hill and DB close but this will be their biggest test so far. QB play is going to have to be a lot better if they are going to have a chance.
