  1. Rumor is that the TSSAA has contacted all remaining AAA girls schools and told them to not come to M'Boro because Farragut, according to ladadadadadad, is dominant and will destroy every team in its path. ladadadadadaddad your wakeup call is coming.
  2. I wouldn't be so outspoken about Farragut but ladadadad...has gloated so much it makes me want to puke. They will not stand the test against any middle TN team if they play their game.
  3. Hope the Lady Ads make it to M'Boro too, draw Riverdale first game and lose by 40. Science Hill is only AAA team in E TN with a chance of making any kind of run in the Boro. Middle TN girls dominate high school basketball in th state. Look it up.
  4. It's way too early tomak eus laugh this hard. "Sweep thru district and region"? Counting chickens before they are hatched? I really wish they could and advance to state and play Riverdale first game and see what real basketball is all about.
  5. No hatin rooky. Could care less. Just curious which one if either has quit. I didn't start the topic.
  6. Which one? The pretend head coach or the one who really calls all the shots and is not eligible to be a head coach under TSSAA guidelines?
  7. Hicks is the best. Just ask him. Wonder why he told a couple kids a few weeks back he was going to Alcoa as assistant? Maybe that was before he knew Ridge would be leaving? Will be interesting to see how everything plays out.
  8. Didn't like HHS chances against White County going in. They are a pretty good ball club and play pretty physical. Good job Alcoa.
  9. Farragut would not finish in the top 3 in district 7AAA with Riverdale, Blackman and Oakland.
  10. I agree. I used to live in M'Boro but now back in Blount County. I support all the Blount County schools and hope they are all successful.
  11. The difference is Riverdale doesn't care if Heritage guards are young. They will apply relentless pressure on them the second the game starts and not call off the dogs. Heritage has a good team and will get better and I hope they have great success but the Riverdale's of the world are a cut above. HHS guards made several turnovers when WB applied full court pressure in the last 4 minutes of the game. I watched the same guard dribble to a sideline right into the trap 3 times and turn it over. WB press is nothing compared to some of the elite teams in the state.
  12. AHS and HHS would be an interesting matchup. HHS strength is inside play by Knight and Pryor while AHS strength is pressure defense and guard play with Newman, Shields, Troutt and company. Would like to see this matchup, think it would be an entertaining game.
  13. Riverdale by 15+. Too many athletes, too much depth.
  14. While Heritage is a good team that will get better and should contend for district championship, they are not at the same level as a Riverdale or other top 7-AAA teams. While Pryor, Knight and the freshman Wolfe are doing a great job in the post, guard play will be where the difference is. E TN has nothing like an Alexa Middleton and others similar to her to contend with. While I hope Heritage does extremely well, they struggle against ball pressure as witnessed by the press WB put on them last Friday. They have not seen ball pressure until they play the likes of a Riverdale or Science Hill.
  15. Makes no sense to me either unless current OC is moving on.
