  1. This is the first year I have heard of them... /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  2. I can only imagine! /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  3. Actually you still have to play the Region Championship even though you still make it to sub-state win or lose. So anyway you try and word it you still have to go through Bolivar. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  4. Are you serious? Protect Trey? If they were protecting Trey then there would have been 2 flagrants a game when he went up to dunk. I know your team is out, and you are a little bitter, but let it go man! How is Jackson South Side this year? Since you know either Waverly/Harpeth will lose to them. What do they have this year?
  5. Probably have to much for anyone in the region to handle. District 11aa is down this year as well. Creek Wood, Harpeth, Sycamore, and Waverly are the teams that will be representing District 11aa.
  6. Also dont know why a flagrant wasnt called on Trey's first dunk, kind of rediculous, but atleast they got the win. I can see Harpeth winning the tournament.
  7. There were some good players from Shane's class all over the district. I cant remember everybody's name, but guys from other teams will know who I am talking about. Sycamore had Logan Pierce, Austin Lohin, Jesse Moulton, Bullard, Tinch Cheatham had a PG, he was small, and was in the same class as Robert Derrick(Harpeth). I actually think he went on to play at Maryville I wish I could remember his name. Montgomery Central had Burnie(?), was in Shane's class, and was a really good player. Stewart County had Jake West, shooter, we all know who he is. Waverly had Ricco(?), also in Shane's class. Led his team through the season, and was a great floor general. Harpeth has all the guys you named, plus Scott Erland. Erland was definitely a player, and improved A TON over his high school career.
  8. I wrote down what espn had him as. If he is 6'3 190 and a shooter who they compare to as a Lee Humphrey then I am very clueless as to why he isnt signed with some D1 team.
  9. CW over Cheatham Fairview over Waverly Harpeth over Stewart Sycamore over Mont Cent CW over Fairview Harpeth over Sycamore CW over Harpeth (home court gives them the edge)
  10. Skylar McBee 6'2 165(+/-) Nolan Smith(Duke starting PG) 6'2 185 Bobby Maze(UT starting PG) 6'2 185 Jeff Teague(Wake starting PG) 6'2 180 Now if Skylar played football, then I am sure he is physical enough. And with a good weight program he will easily gain the weight and extra strength that he needs to play at the top D1 level.
  11. It really stinks that we have someone like you that knows all about the game sitting on the sideline. Hopefully you can contribute and help out the state of tennessee in this crucial time. It is obvious that you can help, as you pointed out everything that went wrong, but hey atleast they only got the calls wrong when it was in favor for Harpeth. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  12. It sounds like you had it in your mind to pick out everything the refs did wrong. When you come out with numbers for everything, Trey had 5, Trey and Perry did this, Trey and Perry did that, blah blah blah. Look everybody can get on here and post the same things about EVERY single high school basketball game. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> "Not to sound one sided" /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> ....TOO LATE!
  13. I would have to agree with you about Trey's leadership. I would even go as far as saying Kevin and Trey were both better leaders than Shane. Shane was a great player and great guy, but was never really involved with the freshman, as Trey helps out the younger players. Trey decides how the team is going to act, if he is pumped then the team will be pumped, if he is having a bad day the team will have a bad day. They all really look up to him as a player and friend, and for a young team like this squad it is the only thing holding them up above water. Without Trey Harpeth would definitely by a 6 seed or worse. Based on depth and experience. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  14. How many times has Harpeth and Sycamore played in the tournament?
  15. Yea, I was wondering the same thing. Didn't Perry sit out a half earlier this year? Maybe against Fairview, I can't remember. I hear it was Kendrick who received the technical. That could hurt on the defensive end, but I think they will end up pulling out the W.
