  1. only one elite performance has been posted, i'm sure that atleast 5 of them have broken 18. for sure 4 of them have.
  2. they actully weren't as impressive as the title of this thread would lead you to believe, my bad. FRA was only 6 points behind them, however, they had 3 guys in the top ten, and i'm not sure perkins ran. maybe he did, i might be wrong, but he for sure wasn't one of their top 3... meaning they dominate. Not to mention that both DL and FRA beat MBA and Father Ryan.
  3. they were the favorite before, now it's getting to be rediculus.
  4. chuck norris would round-house kick her straight to FL just so he doesn't have to deal with running a 5k.
  5. i agree, i mean, it's not like she's not beating all the guys who post crap about her...
  6. stealth, when have you known crippler to be wrong, it's his life. and where was clabo??
  7. yea, that's why i asked. it's a shame.
  8. wow, 7 hours and coniglio hasn't replied, that's impressive...
  9. when did we start talking about random drug searches?
  10. what did you expect? she's like Bumbi, just more...not a guy
  11. i can testify that its' in a bad spot, but i don't know the full extent of it, i had to take it easy, coaches orders...
  12. mostly true that middle is handing it out to the rest of you guys? or that the east is better?
  13. Romell Gletten and he was pretty good, but he was in the class of 05 so he as well as all runners in this half of the country were over shadowed by the great bumbi
  14. basically the east is known for their poweful (par'ful) individuals and a couple of powerhouse teams (i.e.McCallie and Oak Ridge) where as middle tends to have more balanced teams lacking superstars, but still having 5+ fast guys who can compete as a team and win. can we agree?
  15. probably. coniglio, you really spend too much time on these boards, don't you have something else to do, like run or something?
  16. they're sure to smell FRA on these boards soon enough...
  17. i still think the way the times are stacking up that steeplechase is getting the better of everyone more so than VAP or Chickamauga Dam. at least we can all agree that there are no challenging courses in the west, though there is a little hint of talent there, MUS is always strong. point remains that middle will always be on top. (it's the water, it's good here)
  18. FRA is pretty strong, but watch out for page and lipscomb
  19. a/aa, D2:2 from each section then the next 2 fastest times AAA:4 from each section
  20. ok joshy boy, let's analyze the situation here by looking at the times at state, did anyone and i mean ANYONE run a pr? you have no argument, the conditions were terrible so everyone was slow. crippler's right, you'd get torn up in any distance event in mid tenn. 4:27? you think that will hold up? rodewald, johnson and pair are already running faster than that, and there's alot of hopefuls still dropping time in and around nashville. that said, i really do wish you luck in that state title play nice crippler...
  21. two words: buster prelims
