  1. wat an incredible effort by both CBHS and BGA. fun/nerve-racking game to be involved in. i'll never forget that year or game. going back to the SAA-BGA game, BGA girls are hitting a trend much like the the BGA guys team did last year. played well all through regionals and kept it up during state. they're heading into this game full of confidence and are very dangerous. SAA is a great team but have proven during the state tournament that they have weaknesses too. should be a great game. best of luck to the bga girls.
  2. a lot of players were out with injuries/sickness. for a couple weeks we had to deal with a low number of subs. we're back to full strength now so we should have about 4 subs in the game against Crush next weekend.
  3. i'm not totally sure about this but going by our team website it says the game is on november 11 in cookeville. as for the time, i have no idea. i'll try to remember to post with the time when i find out.
  4. just heard the score, BGA wins 4-1. sounds like bga is getting hot at the right time.
  5. bga is looking very, very strong. they did pretty well last year before losing a tough one to st. agnes at State. they only lost one senior coming into this year. plus they added sooz dennis from houston. they have a great shot at winning state this year. good luck to them.
  6. watch out for bga, this isnt the same team. this coaching staff is incredible. now idk if they'll beat goodpasture or not b/c idk much about goodpasture. all i know is that bga is a much different team from last year. best of luck to bga next week.
  7. ive only seen two of those teams play. i think that kfc liverpool will make it out of their group. whether they win their group or not, well thats 50/50 between STX. i think they'll have a tough time in the quarters b/c i see CESA from SC moving on and they are a heck of a team. as for tnfc 88, they might have not looked as dominant but im sure they'll find a way to piece it all together for regionals. they have a great coach and great players. i see them making it back to the finals and from there idk, possibly win it all.
  8. wow......the draw that kfc crush liverpool got is almost as kind as you can get. i just looked and the only challenge you guys should have is south texas. im looking for you guys to advace over mississippi and louisiana. good luck to you guys, represent TN well! also, the chaos is talking about skipping high school ball next year so we can be more prepared for state(considering what high school did to us this year). i doubt the bga players will skip but the others are def. talking about it. are any other rising u16 teams thinking of that?
  9. i originally had england to win it. they had a lucky goal and then just sat on that lead. they got very lucky that they won that game. if they do that when they play sweden or against another power team they will get their cleats handed to them. i still think they will win it all but they have to play better than they did against paraguay. if england doesnt win it i would have to say germany or the netherlands. germany looked very good in their opener. they didnt sit on their lead(like england), they kept attacking and created a lot of very good oppurtunities and proved they can finish by bagging 4 goals. also they did all of that without their main playmaker Ballack. i only saw the last 20 mins of the netherlands game but they looked just as good as germany. they attacked and defended well and created some very decent chances.
  10. details on the u16 game. how did kfc pull it off against tnfc?
  11. haha i remember that tournament in the fall. two very competitive games that day between us. i enjoy playing you guys b/c you always know there's going to be a challenge. i wish we could be playing you guys today but TUSC had other plans. the frustrating thing about not making it to the final four is that not only do we not get to contend for the state title but now we cant apply for the premier league, something ive always wanted to play in. well good luck today, i think you guys will meet lakeway in the final. it should be an interesting match b/c both teams are solid and talented. good luck again and let me know how this morning goes.
  12. its ok, thanks though. things happen, its just a bit frustrating thats all. as for this summer, i hope(if im lucky) ill be chosen for region camp for the 90's ODP. as far as camps go thats the only one i plan to attend because the chaos is going to superclubs nationals in orlando in late july. soccer gypsy, what team are you associated with? well anyway good luck to the final four and i think lakeway has a very decent shot at winning it all. they'll definitely surprise some people if not taken seriously.
  13. chaos had a real bad off weekend. it's obvious that high school had a huge effect on them. we just didnt seem to have the touch or chemistry we had in the fall. anyway they finished 1-0-2. lakeway advanced from their group and i wouldnt be surprised at all if they win the whole thing. they play hard and are pretty decent at possesing the ball. i think that KFC is the only team that can beat them. semi-finals shape up like this: KFC vs. TUSC HFC vs. Lakeway i see lakeway taking the hfc game with ease. lakeway is just too good at possesion for HFC. then i think KFC pulls off a close one against TUSC. KFC doesnt seem to be as dominant as they used to be but i still think they pull it out. in the final its gonna be a very good game and i dont think im gonna predict this one. all im gonna say is that dont be surprised at all if lakeway wins it.
