  1. You were right on point Shozen! Clay Co vs Goodpasture Predictions? I will take Clay by 10 pulling away late and PC over Monterey by 12 to setup a rematch of the 7A district championship.[/quote}
  2. I may be mistaken, but those 2600 points include 8th grade.
  3. WLIV out of Livingston, TN will be covering the game. You can also log onto WLIV.com and listen there.
  4. WOW dude!! Relax a little. I just thought your post was a little confusing to read. That's all!! Didn't mean to ruffle your feathers. By the way, not everyone keeps up with everyone else's schedules. In a perfect world, maybe we would.
  5. That must be Cumberland County High School you're talking about.
  6. Possible shoulder injury is what I heard. Hope he's back soon. Definitely a key player for C'range.
  7. Clay will not be put back into the tournament because they were eliminated before TSSAA made their ruling.
  8. I believe you mean it would move to Watertown if 8A sweeps. Right?
  9. I think they should find an alternate location besides Watertown High School. It seems a bit unfair to allow a "home court advantage" situation. Plus, the seating lacks a little to be desired. just my opinion
  10. 2nd round games are in Watertown. First round boys games are at 7:00 Saturday night (2/23) and are as follows: Clay hosts Trousdale, Jackson Co. hosts FCS, Gordonsville hosts Clarkrange, and Watertown hosts Pickett Co.
  11. Just a little hypocritical of the TSSAA....don't ya think???
  12. Clay went to state last year. Lost the first round.
  13. Confronted- really dude?? I think the word is assaulted!! It seemed to be premeditated too!! They each knew who they were going after!! I was at the game and watched our student section and I know a couple things are true: 1.Our students were not on the court or even standing directly on the sidelines (like many other schools where we play)and 2. Our student section is on our side of the gym where it should be - not directly behind the visitor's bench like at RBS. I didn't hear any racial slurs (not saying it didn't happen)....funny how everything suddenly becomes about race. RBS student section had a noose a few years ago when we played at their place, but we showed CLASS and didn't start a fight!!! Must've been before RBS had a black player on their team...just saying. It's just really unfortunate this happened!!
  14. I think it is out of the hands of TSSAA because it happened after the game was over and the referees had left the court. The discipline/punishment will be the responsibility of Coach Owens.
