Yes Maryville will be strong. Hardin Valley also, Farragut still down. Bearden will run rampant through their district and region. Quite a change in District 4 from days past when all four of those were fighting for survival in the district semis.

Maybe it is just me......but it sure seems PC has a "fixation" on AK Anderson. She is a good mid but if I was picking a team, my first midfield choice would be the Smith girl from HVA based on watching them in HS. The number of players on each team is close to equal and Alcoa has as many or more D1 and small college athletes as Maryville year in and year out. According to what I have read on here, Alcoa dominates at the junior high level. Maryville was a state semi-finalist in 2015 losing to eventual state champion Houston. And they returned to state in 2016 losing to eventual state champion Clarksville, 1-0. They have been there. However they are now playing second fiddle in their own county to last year's state champ Alcoa.
