  1. It depends on which QB plays for Father Ryan. If QB #12 is healthy and starts and plays THE WHOLE GAME without this duel qb BS, then the Irish pull it out. If QB #7 for FR plays than LUSSIER SHALL DIE.
  2. Oh yea, a little bit of cockiness didn't hurt the Irish either....
  3. MBA really didn't do much after the first quarter at all. The first two drives, if I recall correctly, they were in Ryan territory including the first drive where they got to the Irish 1. After that, Ryan really settled down and played their defense but the offense couldn't do much(as posted earlier no first downs in the first half). Part of the reason for that is rotating quarterbacks. I do not think they can continue to do this anymore to succeed. Anyways, I am not an excuse maker when we lose, but the Father Ryan TD that was called back was trash. I would like to see the tape of the game and see what happened there. I heard that FR #8 pushed the MBA defender right in the chest and was engaged for less than a second and was flagged for holding. I do feel that the refs called a lot of bad penalties and didn't let the two sides play the game. Maybe we will see you again in the playoffs and you can have a real quarterback and throw the ball more than twice(with your wide receiver). The play calling really had the Irish in a bind. It will be interesting to see what Jeff Lockridge or whatever the HS football writer for the Tennessean writes about the game. I have heard in the past that he is an MBA grad. Is that true? If so, that explains why he makes all the Irish wins sound like pure luck. One more question, what went wrong in your game against CBHS? I never saw anything but the score and that is how I came up with my prediction for tonight. I guess the traveling really hurts. I never thought I would say this but good luck to MBA because we want you in the playoffs(please God let us beat BGA).
  4. Yes, we call those kids that go from the parochial school to MBA "confused". The others that go to FR aren't "confused". But MBA has a such a great school that when I grow older I am definitely sending my kids there. My daughters will definitely fit in over there. FRHS will ruin those homo-sapiens season along with their "homecoming". Sad for those students, boy do they deserve better. Ryan 27 MBA 3. I little stat prediction to go along: Ryan Berry 12 rushes-120 yards 1 TD Ryan Blair(Lussier you B****** you better play him) Rushing TD AARON BATEMAN 8 rushes- 200 yards 2 TD with a "knockout" punch delivered in the 4th Good luck Big Red, I am just having a little fun(you didn't accept me and I am still angry) with this game. And IF Father Ryan wins, please do not start saying that you have 4,236 starters out. That is not possible. You pay good money for that education, so use it and calculate that you cannot have 4,236 starters in one year. God bless and GO IRISH Oh yea, and AB to get some bone jarring hits along with the rest of the IRISH D. GO IRISH
  5. "I think we will be hearing the Father Ryan Fight Song on the MBA field" I don't believe that will be the only thing on MBA's field. Expect about 600 FR students too
  6. why do you and fan6 have to put us father ryan people down. we know we aren't smarter than golden tate, alright? just stop
  7. #23 Chris Hohl is faster than anyone on the JP2 side. he ran a ridiculous 40 time, but i dont remember what it was. its less than 4.3
  8. i was being nice and you gotta say something mean. i might cry
  9. we have called golden tate tator tot for 5 years. ever since he somehow mysteriously made weight at St. Joseph, he has carried that nickname. It is kind of like RB/LB #17 being called Holy Bateman, etc. etc. etc. and how does a nickname make someone a bad sport? does steve mcnair get mad at people who call him "air mcnair?" or, even worse, when Jevon Kearse was called "the freak?" please explain yourself a little more
  10. jp2fan, where is the love? i show great sportsmanship, im just a little excited. unlike your golden boy, when our players score, they do not flick the opposing fans "the bird". now that isnt sportsmanlike, right? when we won, we gathered with our fellow comradses and prayed to our LORD and thanked him for being able to play this game we call football. i have not said one negative thing about your football team, i have just stated the facts. you said that golden tate wasnt the only player on the team, correct? you said that 4 to 6 guys could get division 1. tonight, i honestly would say that i saw 4 players that could go d-1. QB/BA #12, RB/LB #17, WR/CB #23, and OL/DL #66. congrats to the irish. and good luck JP2. you are going to need it once your future opponents get the tape of this game and learn the lesson taught by the IRISH of how to stop tarnished tate
  11. "Not So" Golden Tate: 10 rushes- 60 yards(im so stupid, why would i think he would get 120) 4 receptions- 101 yards I dont remember any big punt returns or kick returns. courtney coffee didnt play too swell FR dominated the pope line. ALL AROUND GOOD GAME BY IRISH. GO IRISH. GO QB #12, RB #17, and OL/DL #66. I LOVE YOU GUYS
  12. looks like my prediction was a little off, but not by much. and it also looks like the bishop's cup is headed to the right school. another thing-what about your supporting cast to "not so" golden tate? i thought you had 6 players that are going d-1? sure did look like it!! jp2, bring on your excuses. we can handle them
  13. My Prediction: Ryan wins 34-17 golden tate finishes with 18 carries for 120 yards and two scores. but, no more than 20 punt return yards(avg. 35 per last year) also, FR QB #12 throws for 1 touchdown, rushes for one. RB #17/RB #33 add one td each WR/CB # 23 scores on both sides of the ball JP2 7 0 10 0 FR 0 14 7 13 CB #23 caps off the game by returning an interception for a touchdown with no time left on the clock
