Who has the Best Cross-Country Team?

I have to give props to the David Crockett Pioneers (AAA). They (boys) finished 9th in the state last year and lost only one of the their top five runners. Their top four boys arent to bad. Coach Sweeney has done an amazing job considering when he took over Crockett had about 6 (boys and girls)runners. Now they are up to 25. They may not win the state but they are without question the most improved team in the state.

I saw Science Hill last week @ Victor Ashe Park and Daniel Boone @ the Bays Mountain Invitaional today.... both teams are rock solid and will represent Region 1 AAA @ the State.

Elizabethton looks to be in good form early in the season...although they didnt look so hott at bays mount. word at the meet was they took a week off of racing and did speedwork all week

single A is the same division as AA in cross country.....and boone is better than db but im not dissin dobyns bennet does have a good team..elizabethton is strong representative for a/aa in the region..not sure how FRA and lipscomb look this year..and central last years fourth place has moved to AAA
