Heard Maryvilles QB Hunt got injured at the Jambo Friday against Pigeon Forge....any word on how he is doing and when he will be back? Also if he isnt back does that mean the 3rd stringer will start against Alcoa since the 2nd string guy is hurt as well? Waiting to hear from the maryville faithful...

i think Derek is ok . slight concussion . should be ready for Alcoa .

Little more than a slight concussion but he will be back. Most likely out of contact and anything stringent for a few days. We will know more Monday.

 

It was a helmet to helmet from a kid weighing about 40 pounds more with a 5 yard run at him. He was actually spun into the hit and didn't see it coming. It was a clean hit though.

Hunt has gone full pads no contact the last 2 days and burnett came back today full pads not sure if hes had contact or not though.
