rigger101
As others have mentioned, the first ones I thought of was the Goodlettsville Trojans (blue and gold) and the Madison Rams (orange and white). Still remember going to some of their games, in fact found a 1970 and 1972 Trojans yearbooks at a yardsale, and I know that Greenbrier is now home to a few old Goodlettsville alumni. So you old Trojans moved further out into the country! They were good Schools. When I graduated in 1979. Madison & Goodletsville Highs had the highest Academic scores in Davidson Co. A few in my class are living in the Hendersonville area.
bigchief
3 schools were closed in Metro Nashville to form Hunters Lane. All three schools had good football programs. They were Goodlettsville Trojans,Madison Rams and The Dupont Bulldogs Actually, most of the DuPont zone (Hermitage) relocated to McGavock. Only the village and rayon city are zoned to HuntersLane. I remember some great games against Dupont! I know of all these schools except Haynes? Where was that at? Haynes is located on Trinity Lane in somewhat North Nashville. It was open as a high school before desegregation. It is a middle school now although called Gra-Mar
