You mock my educate by using improper grammar. Nice. Your and you're are not the same thing genius. You might want to go back and edit your posts. You do irritate me with the way you think you are an expert on every topic and have the "inside scoop" while you are no more than old man with too much time on your hands. Maybe the Florida sun has effected your brain. Don't forget your sunscreen when you play shuffle board tomorrow.

Socialism would be the way to describe the TN university situation you made reference too. Socialism creates a class system, as in Nazi Germany, where one class (ie UT) is placed above everyone else and gets the best. Yes, everything is controlled by one governing body, but they put the needs of the upper class above all else.

Large school systems would be better described as Communism. Everyone has to equal. One governing body owns and controlls everything, (ie the school board) and it would be against official policy to put one individual above the group.

You say there is flexibility if they want. Sure, and they could give me a raise that would double my salary if the school board wanted too. My test scores are as high as anyone in the county and they have consistantly gone up. I spend many un-required hours working for my students and my football players.

On second thought, I think I'm going to have my own demands. I want extra money, I want to bring in people that I want. I only want to teach two classes a day and one of them must be weight-training. I want extra supplements for the hours I put in, and maybe I should be an AD at my school. Do you think they'll go for it?

please note my sarcasm, I'm laying it on thick.

sneaky,

you need to read a history book. the nazis were fascists not socialist. a socialist government doesn't favor the upper class it favors the middle, see Marx or modern day sweden. socialists take from the rich and give to the poor. Communism is the ideal socialist state which Marx himself said could not be attained without radical change in modern governments. socialist take pigs from rich farms and share for the communial good. fascists shot the farmer, take the pig, so the leader can have bacon for breakfast.

Why would no one want to coach at Bearden? See what a West Knoxville education can get you.
