Last night the Unicoi County 4x400 team ran against Science Hill (beating them) with a respectible time of 3:48, considering it was our first meet. Post your schools 4x400 times here!!

im sure teams like houston, ba, cordova, hunters lane, mlk, mitchell, ridgeway, mcgavock, riverdale and maybe a few more are all right around there because they are every year but i dont know their times. im just assuming that because they always run in the 320s or lower they will this year 2

The last meet/and our first, was a non-scoring meet with Science Hill. Since the meet was early we let everyone who wanted to compete to participate. The results are official just not team scores.

 

If you have a fax # if would be easier. I have 78 people on the team and have two assistants. We don't have time to type the results in.
