3200 by a second

1600 by a second

800 by a second or two

and finishing 2nd in the 4x400 by about a second.

 

Sectional MVP with 38 points. Way to go Josh!

 

 

well im guessing the 3200 was the first day.

 

how do u run the 4x8 then get 1st in the 1600 and 800?? who else is in that section bc thats impressive

congrats to everyone. i had completely forgotten about benavides from knox catholic. he has kept himself hidden pretty well so far this year. those times look really good, maybe the middle section wont get both at-large bids this year. who knows

yeah my guess is that the 2 at larges will go to benavides and johnson (lipscomb) but who knows

he doubled at city in 10:07 and 4:32 getting second in both events but it was two seperate days so fatigue was not a factor

3200m finals prelims are on monday, field events are tuesday, and finals are on thursday. im sure someone will send in results pretty quickly, they are usually pretty good about it for this meet. if not, ill let you know what happens in the 32 tomorrow
