Redtwin
Who is going to have a strong team next year?
donttalkjustplay
No doubt Ravenwood will have a strong team next year. They will be returning all of there starters except for Sterling Perkins (D) and Devin Walline (LSM). Ravenwood had a strong junior class this year who will hopefully step up as seniors next year. lax-up1213
I would have to say Ravenwood and also MBA is going to be very strong as they only lose 6 seniors and bring back a very strong attack with Cahill and Sanders
Redtwin
How about Houston? Anyone know?
cavlax17
In D2, Cookeville will be very strong. We had no seniors at all, and we will have upwards of 18 seniors. We will all have been playing togeather for 3 years. We will have to see how it will turn out next year.
donttalkjustplay
How about Houston? Anyone know? Houston's team was composed of mostly seniors this year. I think they are graduating a very strong core of their team, but I'm sure they will find some more guys to replace their shoes. But I believe their three leading scorers are all seniors.. StraightUpLaxin
yeah, i think next year will be a big year for ravenwood, as most of their team are rising seniors (i think)

iamavolzfan
I think Cookeville will be the up and coming team in D II. It would be hard to believe that Williamson County will not be there in the end with Franklin and Brentwood. Franklin only loses three seniors, with the most notable being all state selection Trey Haley. Trey may have been the best D Pole in Division II but plenty more standing in the wings to take his place. Franklin has 12 rising seniors and a strong junior class next year. They only lose one starting defensemen and 1 middie. It will make for an interesting year! Edited May 17, 2006 by iamavolzfan
iamavolzfan
Anyone know how many seniors Webb and West Knox have leaving? They appear to have some good coaching so that East Division may be murderer's row like the Central Division was this year.
spartanlax03
webb will be losing many impact seniors like andy preston and trip conrad who were both 1st team all state this year as well as a bunch of middies and our main faceoff man...but then again we do have a strong sophmore class who had 5 or 6 guys who started or gave significant time this year but unless we can find some new middies we might be thin there next year...idk specifics on west knox but im pretty sure that they lose felker, bowman, bates and swanson i think..and those were all some all state guys but i think they return some pretty good guys as well..but yea i think cookeville will be the team to beat next year in the east region no doubt with all those guys coming back..they looked strong enough to contend in the playoffs this year
