Oakland 20 Franklin 14 I don't think Franklin will score a lot of points, the Oakland D I heard looked really good Week 0 (of course that is against a one dimensional team in blackman)
FHSrebel27
Sounds like Franklin is pretty one-dimmensional, too. Stat of the day: Completed passes last night: 3 INTs last night: 4 When your coach is saying things like "we're not going to be a very good offense for a while" in the papers, you know things aren't too great. However, sounds like Franklin has quite the defense. Franklin's turnover rate: +1. That's right, even with throwing four interceptions, they stilll have a turnover rate of +1. Last night they forced five fumbles (recovering 4) and picked off a Falcon pass as well. Just some things to think about...

Tyler Burnett usually has a good head on his shoulders and will not throw many INT's. If you are looking to win this game by turnover ratio, then you might as well look for another way to win this game because Oakland probably will not be coughing up the ball as much as Lincoln County.. supposedly a subpar team this season. LC is not a very great passing team and Oakland can apperntly come at you from different ways this year with an allusive back. Oakland 28-

TDCman
Oakland has a great opportunity this week to make a statement. They handled Blackman impressively last night. From what I saw of LCs scrimmage with Smyrna they are a pretty good team. Beating LC will be an accomplishment for anyone this year. Franklin's win over them should serve notice that they are a pretty good football team. Of course, everyone's aware that the 'Guru' picks Franklin to win the state. Man, there's another round of great matchups coming up this week.

wingman10
Lincoln Co is a better team than what folks in the Boro think. Franklin beat a solid team. Oakland will hang tough.
