Which school is improving their runners the most in east TN?

I believe it is a 7th day Adventist school... meaning they can't run on Saturdays.

 

They qualified in 3rd place last year, and the 4th place Notre Dame took their spot.

yeah it seems like that happens to them pretty much every year. they are a decent team.

region 1 is looking like they are probably the number 2 region in the state right now for a/aa. the fra, dl, mlk region is still the best like they always are though.

yea i dont recall much love in that region. we kinda know whats happening east, west has jcs but what else?

there's only 8 regions. you're thinking of DISTRICT 9 which is only for the major sports and is mlk, dl, fra, pc, cpa, ezell, and hfa

Dobyns-Bennett has don wonders with Bradley Seaton, the man went from a 17:40, to a 15:30 in nearly a month and a hald.

Matt Cumbee, a sophomore from Brentwood High has gone from 17:30's for 3 miles freshman year to run a 16:54 5k this year. That's pretty significant improvement.
