I never get pop ups on plus unless I am not signed in.

 

PLUS......you will NOT regret it. You will meet some great folk on the open discussion boards which are not open to anyone who isn't plused. I would never have met them otherwise as they don't post on my favoite areas on the regular boards.

First of all I was just kidding coacht there a little and will probably go ahead and get a plus membership, but when you have dial up internet pop ups and ad banners (especially videos) almost stops my computer for some time while waiting on the page to load so I can see what I want on coacht. I live in the stix too so my only high speed access would be through satelite which isn't cheap. Thats why I really hate the ads and pop ups other than that I love the site!

 

Get a pop-up blocker (I use "Popup Stopper Pro"). Works wonders on those bad boys. I only see pop-up when I want to see them. A plus membership is a real bargain at $12. I pay $48 a year for another board
