Wareag1e
He has a younger brother Taylor, probably a better 400 runner than a 200 runner. The boys only had freshmen and soph. and the girls were all freshmen. Our 4x8 should be strong again, probably faster this year.

Coniglio
Lacking in speed as usual. A good thing is I'm able to run a 60 second 4x4 leg after the 1600 and 800 within an hour. The 60 is pretty new to begin with. Hopefully that'll be able to translate into a better 800, mile, and 2 mile.

Is he going to try and triple with the 3200, 1600, and 800 or was he just running the 800 to see what he could do?

Is he going to try and triple with the 3200, 1600, and 800 or was he just running the 800 to see what he could do? He has run the 3200, 1600, and 800 as well as the 4x400 in every major meet for the past 3 years. He hasn't been as successful in the 800(didn't even make a sectional qualifying mark his freshman year). His speed has improved a lot...ran a 56 4x400 split at Gibbs on Monday after a 2:05 split on the 4x800 and that 2:07 800. I know he wants the double title in 3200 and 1600, we'll wait and see about the possibility of the 800.
