help on the picking of players for all tournament teams

can anyone tell me who decides or has input on who is chosen for the all region tournament team. the reason i am asking is because creshawn holt was robbed last night at the regional tournament between giles county and pearl cohn . he did'nt even make the all regional team !!

Trice Nelso was not picked either. Without those two players, Giles Co would not be in the Sectional Game. Creshawn Holt was the Regional MVP!!!

if that is the case then that says alot for giles county's coach whose son by the way was the regional mvp (with an average of about 8-10 turnovers and fewer points , rebounds and BLOCKS than creshan holt)

and i dont know anything about the teams, but if that is true it is sad. I feel bad for them if they truly deserved it and others did not.

that is what they want everyone to believe for obvious reasons. (causing team fights etc.)

Different districts and regions do it different ways. This year would have been tougher to pick since the first round games were played at different sites. It's not always the coaches that select or nominate players. Several districts have an "independent group" that pick the all-tourney team. This may include the score keepers, clock guys, etc. that have seen almost all the games.
