I`m leaving Wednesday for Europe. First time out of country for me. I`ll be gone around 15 days. Landing in Italy, From there I`ll be in Switzerland, France (sorry CD), and England. My daughter is going too. I`ll be one of the adults going on a school trip. Hopefully I can find a computer over there and check in here a time or two.

This has reality show written all over it..........

Actually VG, if I gave you directions to a little restaurant near the Arc de Trimophe, would you go in there and tell them they took a disposable camera of a friend of yours in 1999 and he would appreciate getting it back? There's probably a decent chance they remember me. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

(1) Try to sleep on the plane.

(2) Don't go to sleep when you get there.

(3) Go to bed about 8PM the first night and by day three you will feel almost normal.

(4) Don't let the little stuff bother you. There will be plenty of that.

(5) Wear comfortable shoes and sit down every chance you get.

(6) Cut up an old towel and make washcloths to carry. Use them and throw them away.

(7) I always take thin mesh t-shirts, if I can find them, and wash them out at night in the sink with Woolite. They dry quick.

(8) Some folks wear old underwear and throw them away, too. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

(9) Find a local grocer and buy 2 liter drinks. Otherwise you will spend a fortune on them.

(10) Go to a play in London if you have a chance.

(11) Ride the Bateau Mouche in Paris just after dark. Then go up the Eiffel Tower and walk the Champs Elysses afterwards.

What company are you traveling with?

    • Yeah, I don’t see that AC situation ending well. Let’s be real, AC is a super redneck school, always has been. Inner city boys and rednecks just don’t generally mix well, if you get my drift. Before it’s all said and done, there will be drama. As I’ve said before, people will sell their souls to win football games. It’s crazy.
    • Booger thinkin that it probably not unreal istical to be thinkin the TFP could be ones source..... Booger just sayin
    • Hard to believe that it’s two kids from The McCallie School, and one each from Dobyns Bennett and The Baylor School.  I really thought a couple of other kids would have made the podium this year.
    • I have said it many times before, Coach Phillips stated awhile back; "We coach players that want to be ROADRUNNERS!"  Even if they takes their lumps and bruises and its been bruises the last couple of years, they're still not going to recruit players.  If they stay, LETS GO!  If they leave, SEE YA LATER!  IT's HARD BEING A ROADRUNNER!     Fulton was tough back in the days when they won 3 titles, no argument there.   AC-  I think they beat Alcoa this year , Alcoa isn't all that and they will take their bumps and bruises this year. They won't cake walk 4A and I agree those parents will turn on the coach because they're playing outside kids
