I think the Sens are in for a dose of reality in this series. They haven't played a team for a long-time as physical as the Ducks. I predict that they will do to the Sens what the Sharks did to the Preds- wear them out and then beat them. As long as Jiggy is playing like Jiggy's been playing, it could be tough on Ottawa.

PLUS, even when the series goes back to Canada, the Ducks will be fine with the travel. They are used to flying out back East. Not so the Sens, as they have only played 3 GAMES IN CALIFORNIA SINCE 2003! The travel will mess them up, tire them out, when it gets to 1-1-1.

Ducks will win the series.

After what i saw tonight Anaheim will take the Stanly Cup EZ. I dont think the Sens offense and match the ducks defense. both games have came down to 1 point being scored in the last 5 mins of the game so i guess that can go ether way. We will see if the ducks can keep it up

The series is probably over..... Ottawa is not handling the physical play and the Senators captain should be suspended for the shot he took at a player with the puck. Fortunately, he did not hurt anyone....

I don't understand why Mr Basillie wants to take the Preds to Canada, especially if he wants his name on the Cup. Canada hasn't won their national pasttime since I was a kid....

I'm starting to feel the same way about the Ryder Cup. . .

I heard yesterday that some in Vermont want to pull a South Carolina and leave the Union. Maybe they could swap out a province or city for Vermint. At least they'll get better Maple Syrup to put on their Round Bacon.

If Basillie moves the team, I suggest the city council ban Blackberries for use inside the city limits. I'll switch to a Treo in a hearbeat if that happens.

Article in the Tennessean today, on the front page. I appreciate the efforts of fans in their quest to get business purchasing packages.... I believe the Preds have a marketing issue...The more I read the more I believe. Preds need business packages that are as creative as their individual season ticket plans.

From the sponsorship of a single game, rival games, creative advertising in the Sommet Center, there are a multitude of ideas that I believe would appeal to small business...

I have no doubt if the Preds get creative with business and the team is here, we will develope into a market where 17,000 seats is not enough.....

ORIGINAL WORDS TO THE CANADIAN NATIONAL ANTHEM

O Canada! Our home and native land!

True patriot love in all thy sons command.

With glowing hearts we see thee rise,

The True North strong and free!

From far and wide, O Canada,

We stand on guard for thee.

God keep our land glorious and free!

O Canada, we stand on guard for thee;

O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

NEW WORDS TO THE CANADIAN NATIONAL ANTHEM

"Oh, Canada, the birthplace of hockey,

No Cup to claim, since 1993.

You might win the World's or Olympic games,

But not the Lord Stanley. .

Not Ottawa or Montreal

It's in the Home of Walt Disney

God what is wrong, what blasphemy?

Oh, Canada, the cup's in Orange County,

OH CANADA,The Cup's in Orange County!"

    • Shopping? His family is loaded and he's 6'6 I'm pretty sure he could start anywhere in upper East TN,So no need to shop. Word is Witten got caught trying to work him out on campus and some 7 on 7 while playing athletics for Sullivan East. Word got around pretty quick and Someone turned them into TSSAA.
    • Quick update on Jacob -  Jacob celebrated his 16th birthday at Vanderbilt on Tuesday and has been in decent spirits.  His sense of humor has begun to show as he was visited by many friends.  He is swallowing a lot better now and has eaten some of his favorites (Chik-Fil-A and Five Guys).   He is getting prepared to head to Atlanta to the Shepherd Center first thing tomorrow morning.  His family has been waiting on insurance approval. In case you dont know the Shepherd Center it a world class facility and supposedly one of the best in the country for spinal injury rehab.  Praying for perfect results there. Considering the circumstances, Jacob is in decent spirits.  He has some reflexive movement in his legs which I think is probably a very positive sign.  Don't read too much into that just yet as there is no telling what the real prognosis is... just hopeful that is good thing.  I am really just happy that it seems like he has a punchers chance of getting something back.  He is a strong young man and very determined so I think he will fight as hard as he can in physical therapy while down in Atlanta. More than one of you has asked me about an address to send donations.  I know GoFundMe isn't for everyone.  If you want to go that route, you can make a check to "Blackman Wrestling Club" and we will pass anything received directly to the Kinderdines.   Jacob Kinderdine c/o Blackman Wrestling 4836 Trevino Court Murfreesboro, TN  37128 Also, want to thank everyone who has donated so far.  Jacobs dad will take a month off work and stay in Atlanta with him.  They need to learn how to take care of him and do home therapy work..... and surely Jacob will be glad his dad can be there.  All that could not happen without you all.  Depending on what happens, they will probably end up doing some home remodeling in order to accommodate Jacob at their home.  Thanks again. Here's a pic I lifted from Facebook of Jacob on Oxy talking to his Uncle.  LOL
