2007 NBA Draft

New York acquires Zach Randolph, Fred Jones, Dan Dickau and the draft rights to Demetris Nichols from Portland in exchange for Steve Francis, Channing Frye and a 2008 second-round draft pick.

 

Charlotte acquires Jason Richardson and the draft rights to Jermareo Davidson from Golden State in exchange for the draft rights to Brandan Wright.

 

Dallas acquires draft rights to Reyshawn Terry from the Orlando Magic in exchange for Milovan Rakovic and cash considerations.

 

Indiana acquires draft rights to Stanko Barac from Miami in exchange for a 2009 second-round draft pick.

 

Philadelphia acquires draft rights to Derrick Byars and cash considerations in exchange for draft rights to Petteri Koponen.

 

Toronto acquires the draft rights to Giorgos Printezis from San Antonio in exchange for a 2008 second-round draft pick.

 

Portland acquires draft rights to Rudy Fernandez from Phoenix in exchange for cash considerations.

 

Miami trades draft rights to Jason Smith to Philadelphia for draft rights to Daequan Cook, a 2009 second-round pick and cash considerations.

 

Houston obtains 54th pick in 2007 NBA Draft from Orlando for cash considerations.

 

Philadelphia trades the draft rights to Kyrylo Fesenko to Utah for the draft rights to Herbert Hill and future draft considerations.

So proud of local boy Corey Brewer. Gotta admit, though...I was hoping he would either go to nearby Charlotte or resurgent Chicago.........

Nice to see all those Tennessee guys going in the draft....What's everyone's thoughts on Mike Conley Jr?....Good move or bad move?

 

 

I've been watching him for a few years now, and its no doubt that he will be an all-star in the NBA someday. I just the the Grizzlies could have traded down and got a little something and still ended up with Conley Jr.
