Here is what is happening with the avatars and personal photos: we are using multiple servers on all parts of the site and each time you visit you may be on a different server. In order to do that requires some unique configurations and the message board software can't display your avatars or personal photos on more than one of the servers. So, someitmes when you log in you would be able to upload personal photos but the next time you come in they will not appear.

 

We are working on a solution.

I joined CoachT + just to be able to upload my custom avatar. I am experiencing the same error messages:

"The error returned was:

The upload failed. Please contact a member of staff to help rectify the problem"

 

What is the status on correcting this?

 

p.s... I am within all size limits and requirements.

Why is it that if someone uses inappropriate language they are cut off immediately. but I can't get a response to this?:

"The upload failed. Please contact a board administrator."
