My self I am considering having a 2 day a week conditioning program for all those wanting to play baseball but are not playing a fall or winter sport. There will be alot of running and some throwing. As I understand the rule that is all we are allowed to do. We can lift but not much else. And at this point in the year football and basketball have weightroom rank over baseball. No sports specific training other than throwing.
