there is no real difference. vaughns has more hills but steeplechase is just mentally harder. i run much better at vg but many people on my team run better at steeple.

 

and im almost confident mlk, dl, and fra will not be running any varsity runners tomorrow

I'd go anywhere from 15-35 seconds. VG isn't an easy course by any means, but Steeple is definitely harder.
