Looking for a 12 yr old team

My son is 12 with a birthday in June. He made it to the State tournament as a member of the Brentwood Bobcats, a traveling team affiliated with the Brentwood Civitan. He now wants to step his game up to the next level and is looking for a team. He pitches and plays 3rd, SS, and has caught. He generally bats 4th and has great speed. We live in the Nashville area and was wondering if there is a team locally that can use him and would challenge his game.
