yea im goin to come, its only about an hour from emory i think? i really do want to meet u. i want to put a face with these screen names lol. ill tell you what im wearin friday an we can catch up with each other an talk a lil football. even though everyone hates you i really think you've got some sense. an ill sit with you as long as it dont get outa hand lol.

 

Lowe brother, it would be great to get together and talk some football. One thing you guys can say, you were the first real athletes to come out of Cosby since the early 90's when they were first getting started. I'm planning of coming if nothing don't come up. As far as the hate thing, I'm used to it. well me an jody are far from the only athletes to come through there since early 90's. maybe we had our heads on straighter than most lol. i know Cosby's always ben a basketball school with great BASKETBALL players, but there have ben a few footballers come through with more talent than me an jody. we just had a great TEAM last year (with no offense to coach hall lol) the best qb in Rone and i think the best FOOTBALL player which is jody lowe to ever play at cosby on the same team. thats why we were so good last year

yea it is lol. i just wanta clear some things up. my dad is perceived as a big redneck. but he is as far from a redneck as anyone in cosby. he is from boston an just speaks his mind and actually is very intelligent. he was just a man who loved watchin his sons play sports and pulled for the team they were on 110%. i wish every kid could have a dad like i have, it really is special. ha im sure if you are from a different school you hated him, but if you are from cosby you gotta love him.

well we went 9-1 with the best record that school has ever seen. we had a chance to beat a team that went to the 4th round of the playoffs. on avg we scored 36 points a game an gave up 13 ( i think). umm.... yea id say we were pretty good last year, not great but good. to me thats fairly accurate. we didnt play no slouch team last year in the playoffs last year. you are goin to play the SAME midway team in the 3rd round this year, bank on it. and they wont be no push over either.

playoff succes is how a team is measured. besides hampton who did you play? what round did you all make it to last year?

      QUICK UPDATE -  First, I see a lot of wrestling names that I recognize on that GoFundMe.  THANK YOU so much for helping this family.   After the long surgery on Sunday morning to repair his neck, Jacob suffered a collapsed lung.  Sometimes this happens after long surgeries.  They had to put him on a ventilator to get his breathing back on track.  He came off the vent on Monday morning and they put a BIPAP on him to help control his breathing.  As of today, Thursday, the BIPAP came off and he is breathing well on his own.  He is working towards drinking a glass of water and hopefully eating some solid food at some point in the near future. Jacob can "feel" when someone touches his legs, but there is still no movement.  His parents are beginning to prepare for him to be moved to the Shepherd Center in the next few days.  He will be there in Atlanta for 30-45 days.  Im sure he will receive excellent treatment. Please continue to pray for healing for him and if you are so moved, please contribute to the gofundme link above to help in any way you can.  The go fund me is doing well, but this is going to be a very long road for these guys Im afraid..
