Have you even taken two seconds to look at who Brentwood plays this season? There schedual has improved a lot the past couple of years.

I agree with GK2008. Brentwoods schedule has improved with an effort to get a better recognition of their success. With a tougher schedule there will not be any doubts to the amount of talent that Brentwood has. For ex. in the southern soccer challene tournament they play Putnam City North, Habersham, and Grissom. All those teams are not from TN.

Ezion - Did you play D1 or NAIA? You speak as though you have some experience there, but IMO your assessment of D1 vs NAIA is quite a generalization (While I too think it funny when others hang there hat on going D1 because there are some horrible D1 schools out there, there are some horrible NAIA schools out there, as well). Just curious.

i played naia and no it is not a generalization. lets look at it from a different point of view, in naia the rules for who can be given scholarships is extremely different and i played with MEN, not like 18 year olds that just came out of high school, i mean 24-26 year olds that played in Germany, England, Brazil, while division one schools start players like ben backstrom, altho he was a good player, ben would get destroyed by the players in NAIA. lets face it the level of soccer in America is not close to the level of soccer in the rest of the world and since NAIA can use those players they are better then the Division one schools here in America. now that being said there are exceptions, of course bigger schools CAN draw some great talent, therefore they can play with the foreigners, but all in all, NAIA is just better then D1. so if any of these players form TN are going to good D1 schools and actually play then good for them, but until i see it, i won't even care about the D1 signees, western kentucky, isnt a good D1 school, so please don't try that.

yeah backstrom's school lost their team cuz of some bull reasons but they also beat kentucky, evansville, and two other division schools in their spring season this year. thats what happens when you only lose one senior from last years team. so dont even try to bash on d1 schools. once losing his program he has had offers to saint marys college in cali, winthrop, marquette, unc asheville, and carson newman (all d1 expcept cn who is a very good d2 school) naia schools in now way would "run" "destroy" or "dominate" most d1 schools...as flo rida says "act like ya know" ezion

ok, ok ok, i'm glad that he has offers to go play some where else, he is a good player, but just because he signed D1 doesnt make him great. and what does that prove about D1 schools, they beat other D1 schools.... good great grand, thats what they r supposed to do. have them play lindsey wilson, and they would get DESTROYED!! but wait they can't play lindsey because they don't have a team anymore... ouch. yes, read my earlier post the talent levels for NAIA and D1 is horribly out of balance, NAIA starts 22-26 year old players from countries like Germany, Brazil, England, Scotland, etc. while D1 schools start 18-19 year old players from Knoxville, tn.... no comparison..... so please don't act like i dont know anything....

You are an absolute fool. Your inability to see reality shows your immaturity as a human so go ahead and watch who you are calling "boys". Are you not a 19 year old yourself? The only reason you feel so strongly about NAIA is because you play for a school. Its called Division 1 for a reason, they reel in the top players every year and continue to do so till this day. My club team (YES I SAID CLUB) played an NAIA school and lost to them 3-2.... This is your high powered, offense mastermined, highly tuned foreign playing schools that had trouble dealing with high schoolers.... I am coming from an unbiased party here because I had offers to play D1 or NAIA and turned down both. Just got burnt out.

If I were to pour out a dumpster of trash on a soccer field that is exactly what it would look like to watch the Cumberlands play. If it was possible to watch Cumberlands play Cumberlands the universe would explode from all the stupidity on the field.

Also dont be hatin on Benny B. Your just gonna end up getting embarrased

Ezion...think logically here man. You cannot honestly think that NAIA teams are better. Ill give you like one or two of the BEST NAIA teams could possibly beat some lower top 30 teams. But you cannnot seriously be thinking Cumberlands is one of those. I have seen you play and your not even at the level of King college(NAIA) who has no player over the age of 21 on the team. I know that TNFC 90 played you guys last season and lost 2-0. With four starters missing. You cannot possibly think youd be able to compete with Western Kentucky or the top teams in their conference.

Stop your hating on players and teams. Ill give you that NAIA is a different kind of soccer but D-1 is D-1 and will win almost every time. Id love to see your team play where Daniel Kelley is now playing..he is from Nashville and went D-1 Ezion...whered he go again...Indiana....? Yeah id like to see that one
