Yes all of our sports are moving a division up due to the increase in our schools overall population. And as for our times do the reaserch and look them up check out the last beech invitational at saunders ferry park. Thats was our last race and should give you a place to start gathering the imfo you want /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" />

so i dont think there were any surprises at the classic today except for mlk.

what happened there? their 16:30 guy turned into a 17:30 and their number 5 went from 17:40 to 18:40.

station camp won silver with jeff musik coming in 1st individually? i think?

Station Camp looks good. MLK struggled but struggling early is okay. Musick and Mahaney both ran about what their state times were from last year.

 

USJC avoids anything on the state course until state.

its not that we avoided it this year we are going to other meets this year. like were not going to af bridges this year either, cuz were going to a bigger meet.

SE#8 Lake Braddock

SE#9 Blacksburg

 

The boys' field is nearly as strong. Totally ridiculous.

Sure. I think they have something like 7 out of the top 10 teams there. It's always a great field. It's hard to be nervous for State when you've stood on a starting line like that!
