Coniglio
About 11 seconds slower than Mahaney from a week later. Not bad. Closest we've seen anyone in a while.

Closest we've seen anyone in a while. yeah but do you think that anyone in A/AA gets that close in an actual race together? /huh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="huh.gif" /> /huh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="huh.gif" /> /huh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="huh.gif" />
cheff's homecooking
let's not all freak out. i still think mahaney is the best and will win. all i'm saying is that it won't be the blow out from last year. p.s. i saw both finishes and it did seem like mahaney had more competition at the finish if that makes a difference
ballstothewalls
mahaney also went out in 450 at the classic. dont know if that helped or hurt his race
flatline17
Plus it was overcast and not quite as hot at Classic as it was this Saturday. I still think Mahaney will win of course.
StephenWathen
this might be an alright time to do a new round of predictions. maybe? mahaney for the win but how about everyone else? any guesses?
Mrobinson12
top 4 individuals will be about the same as last year. USJC will have some people in the top 10, MLK will have a couple people in the top 15. i don't know if any team has as much depth as station camp, they don't have anyone who is really really good, but i think that they have 10 guys under 20 (fra only has 3 or 4 i think). StephenWathen
theres a district race tomorrow that should be a good indicator. fra, lipscomb, and mlk are all going at it and i think everyone is sending out their A team. Cabalero
Macon County versus Station Camp tomorrow at MC. MC is running their varsity, don't know if SC will. . If so, should be interesting /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> I think MC ran impressively Saturday at Sharp Springs. Nice run by Mark Cole at the Classic. . . What did Mahaney run at the Classic last year?

I still think Mahaney is the favorite, but 16:31 on steeplechase is a great time by Mark Cole. Thats the fastest time by an a/aa runner on steeple chase besides mahaney in a long time.
