coachh17
If you know which two Carter County girls' hoops teams won't play each other, but start a "Dead Horse Beating Contest" about it every year.

rollredroll
...if you find the "Best (fill in the blank)" threads to be not much more than an opportunity for fans to self-promote, whether worthy or not, their favorite "best" player, coach, or, in some cases, whatever obscure superlative is requested. ...you spend more than three seconds figuring out which smilie best fits the tone of your post. (no, wait, on second thought, ) ...if the prospect of going out of town for a week, without access to a computer, makes you actually consider buying a laptop for internet access on the road so you can log on to coacht.com. ...if you are overwhelmed by the number of threads and amount of time it takes to catch up on after one week's absence from the site, but actually enjoy the catching up (and, on a similar note, you find one of the best qualities of other TN high school websites is that there is so little message board activity that it doesn't take any time to catch up). ...if seeing the message "New Private Messages Waiting" when you log on to the site gives you a weird excitement that regular internet e-mail doesn't. CoachT
Every time this thread resurfaces I go back and read all of the posts. You wonder what happened to some of the members from back then.
82cat
You have ever paid to use an internet connection while on vacation to post You have ever logged on from the hospital maternity waiting room You have ever posted after 3 a.m. You have ever minimized (shrunk) coacht when your wife walks in to make it appear you are working You realize you are arguing against a post that you had started earlier You look around at hs games for people you think are coach t posters You think people are looking at you at hs games You give your ss number to strangers but never your secret screen name You think you know how to stop the veer You hate for your team to lose because of all the humbling you will take from a bunch of people who don't even know you feel free to add your thoughts
