how will district 9AA play out this year. I haven't heard about Marshall yet. Everyone has talked about Giles, Loretto and Lewis (who is usually no that good). What about the other teams. Marshall Co. made it all the wasy last year and everyone keeps talking about teams that almost always plays one and goes to the house. Talk abou tsome teams that have been there and are going to continue being there.

Its true that Marshall Co. has dominated that district for a long time, but this year Giles is head and shoulders better than anyone in that district. Giles Co should make it all the way to the state Title game and goes to say possibly win it all this year.They're just that good and thats no knock on Marshall because they'll always be a good team but Giles is the real deal. Lewis Co is always real competitive also..I think Sycamore in the other district is ready to give Giles Co a run for the regional title. Should be a good one..what does anyone else think?

      QUICK UPDATE -  First, I see a lot of wrestling names that I recognize on that GoFundMe.  THANK YOU so much for helping this family.   After the long surgery on Sunday morning to repair his neck, Jacob suffered a collapsed lung.  Sometimes this happens after long surgeries.  They had to put him on a ventilator to get his breathing back on track.  He came off the vent on Monday morning and they put a BIPAP on him to help control his breathing.  As of today, Thursday, the BIPAP came off and he is breathing well on his own.  He is working towards drinking a glass of water and hopefully eating some solid food at some point in the near future. Jacob can "feel" when someone touches his legs, but there is still no movement.  His parents are beginning to prepare for him to be moved to the Shepherd Center in the next few days.  He will be there in Atlanta for 30-45 days.  Im sure he will receive excellent treatment. Please continue to pray for healing for him and if you are so moved, please contribute to the gofundme link above to help in any way you can.  The go fund me is doing well, but this is going to be a very long road for these guys Im afraid..
