ShamousOtoole
Has anyone had scrimmages yet? If they have then what were the scores?
ShamousOtoole
Do you know what TSSAA is? Well they have rules and one of those rules is that scrimages cant take place untill two weeks(14 Days) before the season.. so ask again monday You might want to check the rules before you call someone out! TSSAA rules say you have to practice for 3 days until you can have your 1st scrimmage. Thank you for verifying your lack of credibility! Maybe this will help you out. http://www.tssaa.org/Handbook/2008BBCalendar.pdf
GMAN16
Will Page throw their #1 and #2 pitchers against HC the first two games of the season.
ShamousOtoole
Probably not. They play Mt. Juliet, Creekwood and McGavock later that week. Their 3 and 4 should not have much trouble against Hickman.

If they dont throw their #! and #2 then there will be a good chance of a split between the teams
ShamousOtoole
If they dont throw their #! and #2 then there will be a good chance of a split between the teams I doubt it, Hickman doesnt have any arms that can shut down Page's bats. I predict 2 runrules even with Page's 3-4 throwing. Do you know of any arms Hickman might have?

ShamousOtoole
I know they have two kids who can throw 80 plus. Just because they throw 80 doesnt mean they are good. Page has 6 guys who can hit 80, or at least, thats what a friend of mine who plays for Page said.

GarrenOnDeck
I think it is safe to say Hickman County will suprise many people even the home town this year. We have some very good pitching and heavy bats. you will need more than 3 or 4 to take the W.
GarrenOnDeck
Nick Edwards will be working for us probably as number 1 this year.
ShamousOtoole
Willie seems like he knows what hes talking about Marshall County will be down some this year. They lost more than people think. But then again they are MC and they just seem to have this attitude that they can not be beat and others teams have it in their head they can not beat MC. SH has a very talented Jr and Sr class with a few talented Soph. Pitching and doing the little things will be the key for them. Can someone step up after their # 1 and # 2 pitchers? SH had a very good summer season. Will that carry over to this spring? Another big if factor will SH be able to rally behind the tragic death of one of their Sr leaders who played SS last season. Page still has Webb on the mound and that means a lot. He is a difference maker. The kid throws the ball very well and is hard to beat. They still have their # 2 pitcher but he still needs to develop. Page usually is very fast on the bases. Hard to throw out baserunners. Giles County has a shot to be at the top. The biggest question for them is will the same GC team show up game to game. Last season they struggled with that. They were a totally different team day to day. I guess it depends on the attitudes of the kids. They have several pitchers returning with the additions of a few more. Lewis County should be improved with the addition of Coach Tiller. LC did lose their # 1 pitcher. Pitching will be a huge factor. The Ammons kid will be the big bat in the lineup but does LC have enough around him to protect him and give a chance to swing it. Loretto will be down but never count out the Mustangs. Coach Lamm usually finds a way to make his team compete. East Hickman and Hickman County both will struggle... both seem to be very young and not very experienced.
